Employee Benefits Package

Whilst no one wants to think about it, providing for loved ones if you are unable to work, is important. Our package ensures you have a business succession plan and business continuity plan in place for you and your family.

The package includes the following key benefits.

  • Death in service – Provide lump sum money for your loved ones should the worst happen
  • Arrangement of a Company pension – Provide money for your future when you don’t want to work as hard
  • Sick Pay – Provide an income should you suffer an illness preventing you from working

This package typically works out at a one off fee of £250/year

Package fee would include:

  • Initial consultation to understand you, your business and future plans
  • Research and plan for your business ie pension contributions, levels of cover, investment strategy etc
  • Implement the plan and policies

(One off fee excludes monthly contributions towards pension and insurance premiums)
